Q. How much does BuyerRemarks.com cost?
A. BuyerRemarks.com is free. We plan to make money with unobtrusive, targeted advertising--similar to how Google handles their advertising.

Q. How many home listings can I add to my account?
A. As many as you'd like.

Q. How many surveys can I create?
A. Keep creating and sending surveys to buyers and their agents until you have sold your home.

Account Questions

Q. I have several email addresses that I use in my business. Do I need to have several different accounts?
A. You don't need to have more than one account. You can attach several email addresses to one account so that all of your listings, surveys, and feedback are managed from one central location.

Q. Will I need one account for my listings and another to give feedback to other sellers and agents?
A. You can create listings and provide feedback to other sellers and agents from the same account. Whether you create a listing first or provide feedback first, you can do both with the same account.

Survey Questions

Q. Can I change my surveys?
A. No. If you were to change a survey, especially before all the results were in, the data would become a jumbled mess. You can create a new survey at any time, however, allowing you to ask questions you think of later.

Q. Can I ask more than five questions?
A. Not in one survey. Our experience is that people are much less likely to thoughtfully complete your entire survey if there are more than 5 questions. If you can't fit everything you need to know into one survey, send two surveys or send one survey to some of your contacts and another to the rest.
